Save the image of your choice to your hard drive
When syncing your phone, include the wallpaper/image you have saved
→ (Cheat sheet: you may be able to directly drag-and-drop the image file to the appropriate folder if you can access your device through the computer -- example, "My Computer" -- but please make sure you know what you're doing! Please don't bust your device's OS by pasting the file into a folder that it shouldn't be going to!)
Access the image on your phone
Set the image as your wallpaper (home or lock screen)
